Interim Part Time Trainer
Job No: J1033 Job Title: Interim Part Time Trainer Salary: ?27,500 Location: Andover Our client is seeking an innovative and pragmatic trainer who can provide evidence of measurably improving business performance. Working three days per week for the next 3-4 months you will also be required to co-ordinate, measure and continuously improve the effectiveness of predominately behavioural and soft skills training delivered within a financial services environment. RESPONSIBILITIES ? Take accountability for the delivery of the Training plan and deliver to time and quality, measuring that the desired success criteria/outcomes have been met. ? Role model the values and behaviours espoused by the company ? Deliver high quality training courses for the Leadership Development programme and induction. ? Participate in Group wide initiatives borne out of regulatory, or legislative requirements. ? Create training materials to support development programmes and HR policy. ? Take personal responsibility for following established departmental and company procedures, and work flexibility around working hours and be prepared to undertake travel to different locations. THE PERSON Technical Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications ? Proven experience of delivery of both behavioural and management training ? Exceptional delivery style (proven ability to adapt to the training needs of the group and evaluate delivery of sessions). ? Experience of different learning styles and methodologies ? CIPD or equivalent ? Excellent interpersonal skills ? IT literate ? Understanding of FSA and compliance requirements is preferable. Work Arrangements ? The role will require some overnight stays.
