My client a market leading global logistics organisation is looking for an Learning & Development professional to join their dynamic training function. This is an excellent opportunity for a Learning and Development candidate to work within a demanding customer-facing environment. Roles and Responsibilities Deliver and re-evaluate the soft skills training portfolio including the induction and the appraisal refresher sessions Providing advice and guidance on day-to-day training and development issues to managers and employees Support the Learning and Development Manager in preparing and executing the annual Learning and Development plan Reporting and evaluation of learning and development activities and propose recommended improvements Assist with maintaining the records for the Performance Management System Carry out development projects as guided by the business in order to continuously improve our people development standards Skills required Proven experience providing learning and development advice and guidance either through training delivery or advisory role is desirable Preferably part or fully qualified CITP or CIPD Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent, or of graduate calibre Strong relationship builder able to demonstrate business credibility Keen to develop self and take ownership of own workload We are looking for an individual who has a desire to progress in a role within the Human Resources department with a particular passion for Learning and Development. My client are offering a salary of between ?20-24,000 depending on experience plus an excellent benefits package.
