Family Court Advisor - Aberystwyth - Families Family Court Advisor Aberystwyth* * The ability to speak Welsh is an essential requirement for this particular post Starting salary between ??32,200 and ??35,600 will be offered to the successful candidate. Ref. 1068936 This post is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of children. The role of the Family Court Advisor is to assess the needs of individual children, providing independent social work advice and assistance to Family Courts. The primary focus of the Family Court Advisor is to secure the best possible outcomes for children by working to promote and safeguard the child's well-being and best interests. You will need the CQSW, DipSW or equivalent together with post qualifying experience of working with children and families at risk. Applicants will also need to demonstrate a sound knowledge of information technology. A wide range of relevant training and development opportunities will be provided The ability to communicate in Welsh is desirable for Newport posts.
