HR Support Manager - Annesley
Our client are a desirable commercial employer and they seek to appoint an HR Support Manager to lead a shared service HR admin team.The team are responsible for all new starters ensuring that contracts are sent out correctly and all appropriate screening is carried out.You will be responsible for ensuring all processes are carried out in a stream line manner and that you are responding to organisational change and how this support function can assist the company.You will manage a team of HR coordinators and administrators, ensure that all the audit processes are robust and legally compliant.You will work closely with key stakeholders to develop more effective and efficient processesUsing a specific system you will monitor team performance and address any issues that might arise as a result of this. Skills: The ideal candidate will have experience of working for a blue chip company in a Team/HR Management roleYou will have an excellent understanding of employment legislation and the transactional process paying attention to detail at all timesYou will be highly customer focused and able to build relationships with key stakeholders and third party providers to the organisationCommercially aware you will understand the environment in which you operate, openly accepting, promoting and managing the changes as the business evolves .Location: Annesley.
