They recognise the increasing challenge faced by companies due to a growing body of government legislation and strive to provide clients with the necessary services and advice The Air Quality Team is seeking to recruit and experienced Air Quality Consultant to join their Shropshire based office. Managing and providing technical input into a range of air quality projects the successful candidate will be involved in work related to IPPC, EIA, local air quality management, leading edge air quality, health research, odour assessments and air quality monitoring. You will be responsible for supporting your team members and assisting in both project and sales efforts. Daily duties will include data collection and management, problem solving, dispersion modelling, monitoring and site visits. The position involves considerable amounts of client liaison, preparation of proposals, writing reports and contributing to the development activities of the team. With a minimum of two years experience in air quality projects the successful candidate will also have some knowledge of project management. Educated to degree level in an environmental subject with experience in the use of dispersion modelling software such as ADMS or AERMOD.
