Training Designer - Sulhamstead
Are you an experienced Trainer or Designer? Could you help people learn without even seeing them? As a Training Designer, you will be designing classroom, distance learning and workplace training products. Using your well developed communication and negotiation skills, training knowledge, creativity and resourcefulness, you will work with subject matter experts in both operational and non-operational environments to design products that meet individual and organisational needs. You will be expected to work on a number of projects so an ability to prioritise and manage your own work is essential. Essential skills and experience: Recognised training qualification (e.g. Learning and Development Level 3 NVQ, Cert Ed) Experience in designing training and assessment strategies for a broad range of disciplines. Recent & relevant experience in training delivery or design. In return for your commitment and performance we offer a 37 hour working week with 30 days annual leave.
