Senior Quantity Surveyor - Wiltshire - MOD

An engineering background is desirable with previous project development or project management experience an advantage. A team player with good communication skills is essential as is the drive and persistence to meet the challenging timescales and see the development process through to a successful conclusion. Previous experience in dealing with external stakeholders is desirable, as the role will require the ability to build close relations with the Environment Agency, local authorities, other statutory consultees, external and internal service providers.   It is expected that the Project Development Engineers will spend a good deal of time away from their home base as dictated by the project demands.
